The people were nice, but after I got home, my trunk lift didn't work! I had to go back the next day (it was a bit of a drive!) because whoever fixed the software recall didn't bother to reset the trunk app. Basic 101 job step. I was pretty upset about that. It wasn't rocket science! Speaking English is also an issue. They usually have to get someone there who speaks English, which I find insulting in America.

I found this dealer to be very deceptive.. when I arrived I was explaining the cost. at checkout, there was an additional fee labeled dealer tax.. good choice of word when it's actually dealer fee. this was not disclosed to me earlier.. I found their service to be slow and not service oriented.

Extremely poor service. Had a defected part on a new 4Runner. I received nothing but resistance from the techs from the moment I arrived. They made ahatever excuse they could to blame me for the defected part so that they don't have to make the repair. Never going here again. Recommend you go to a different dealership.

Free rides were not provided back home despite having waiting time for more than 2 hours of car service and my home within their radius.
