Kendall Subaru service set up a next day appointment via phone. When I arrived on time they greeted me at once, thoroughly discussed my issue, and I had a pleasant seat in a leather sofa in the waiting area, appreciating the clean bathrooms and wifi. After about 75 minutes my issue was resolved, we went over the multipoint inspection thoroughly, and I was on my way.

Everyone I came into contact with at the dealership was friendly and helpful. I felt very well taken care of. My Subaru was serviced in an efficient and timely manner. I was also given a voucher for a free auto wash.
