Worst car expedience I ever had at any dealership. The sales process was smooth of course they want to make money. Not even 3 weeks into my new car lease, started to have electrical problems and then no one wants to help you or take responsibility for it. Service department sucks at following up and careless about your car. Mine got scratched side by side. Buy ior lease somewhere else save your time I'm still dealing with issues since 6/9/2024 not solved yet.

It is not the first time that I have received excellent service from the service team, and starting with the most outstanding great service manager Mr. Miguel Obregon, who personally takes care of every client that comes for service and follows the progress of each and every one, followed by the great representatives that work under his supervision like Felipe J. Francisco, an amazing representative ready and extremely knowledgeable, courteous ready to do his absolute best for every customer that goes above and beyond. Every single personnel member that works in the service department, including all the mechanics that do their very best to make sure that all the vehicles that come into the shop, obtain the best service possible. The bottom line is I applaud Kendall Chrysler dealership for having an outstanding team to assist us with our issues regarding our vehicles, and finally, Mr. Tony Tamarit, the general service manager for the entire staff. My admiration to all.
