Ken Pollock mobile service was great, came right to my house. They were very professional, polite, and knowledgeable, Paul the service rep preformed the recall in lest then 30 minutes and do a safety check of my bronco. I will definitely use the mobile service again.

After three other ford dealers Ken Pollock Ford found my Bluetooth issue, fixed my door issue and hopefully fixed my transmit issue. Time will tell on that one. I did not like that my billing was not itemized to show all my expenditures.

Service was very good. Slight problem with not having the exhaust connected properly so they kept it another day to correct. Also a few lugs were buggered when they put on the new tires but other than that they did a very good job.

Double checked their work the following day. Wasnt happy with outcome of door panel fix. Did not fix as advised by ford. (I have the paperwork from ford as to what EXACTLY was supposed to be done) Top of driver door panel now wavy. They were supposed to do both front door panels and only did drivers side (half assed). Old bald guy in service was arrogant. They don't want to be bothered unless your buying from them.
