I have extended service. My seat keeps slipping back. They wouldn't service my truck unless I paid them them $180 up front if you all wouldn't pay for it. I don't have $180 just in case. I'm very sorry for the frustration surrounding your recent visit. Because the seat concern was described as intermittent, our team explained that we would need to duplicate the issue and diagnose it to determine whether a covered component had failed. We wanted you to be aware that if the repair was not covered under your warranty you would be responsible for the diagnosis and repair.

Friendly staff, but I was initially told it would be a 10 minute job, so when I arrived for my appointment, I expected to be in & out & I again asked how long it would take and they said that they would check with the mechanic once my vehicle went back to the service center and then nobody got back to me, and so I sat there for an hour wondering what was going on.

They are supposed to contact me to bring it in again and fix it. The outside temperature sensor is not working, the air conditioner is putting out hot air, and the check engine light is on. it is a 2024 GMC Canyon. It has been 4 weeks and I have not heard from them.
