I did not like having to get there at 7am and not hearing a word, having to call and find out at 2:40pm that my car had not even been looked at yet! When I dropped it off I told them that I had to have the car back by 4-5 pm that same day.
When they "hurriedly' took a look, they discovered (after an hour more) a bad wheel bearing and said it was not drivable. Had I known earlier in the day, I could have rented a car. By 4:30 pm when I got the "news", cars at Enterprise Rentals in town were already gone. It made for an excessive amount of scrambling and unease. I was NOT a Happy Camper.
Then I had a recall notice that was not noticed so I have to go back. I'll go back, because I have to, but I'll just expect slowness and not great communication.
