Our service advisor was very friendly and upfront with things we needed to have done and recommended things. He was transparent with cost, and also expected time it took to do the service. The service was done efficiently and quickly, and we were pleased.

Volvo always takes great care of me! You can schedule your service online and around the availability of a loaner, which makes it so much easier. They also sent a video of what they found at the service, which I find super helpful so I can send that instead of try to explain what they said to my partner.

Actually it was the 60,000 mile service. As usual, they were very prompt and professional. Although we drive three hundred miles for this service, we feel it is worth it because of the great service they provide.

Amazing experience with Brandon from Service. He took care of an ongoing issue with the car and he also personally sat with me and troubleshooted my Volvo app. We have previously had bad experiences at other service centers so we were blown away with this experience!

Very knowledgeable, kind, courteous, and honest. Not pushy for unneeded services and very easy to work with. The cost is a little more than domestic brands, but that is understandable with Volvo. I will say that they do make up the difference in experience that to me makes the cost worth it. Also, free loaner vehicle. Very cool.

These folks were great! We were on VaCa road trip! and the check engine light went on. Oh No! No Appointment and they just took us in and said no problem. Cars on Warranty so we will get you a loaner and have you back on the road as soon as practical. And they did.... A 1st rate outfit... It was a O2 sensor... got the part and we were on the road in 2 days without missing anything on the trip.......

Took my car in for a software update which is a free service offered by the dealer. They said my car wouldn't accept the software and I had to pay $150 to diagnose the problem. I took my car to an independent volvo mechanic that was able you update the software without issues but that cost me $100. I am out that money because of the dealerships incompetence
