Good service but Sebring Toyota where I bought my Toyota, .. I rate as tops, more professional & more friendly. Also..Ken Garff Toyota's invoice does not tell me that they used synthetic oil. Likely they did but I would have appreciated that as '" up front " info on the invoice . Thanks

Steve did a great job with check in and check out. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an emailed video done by a female mechanic, explaining everything she checked under the car including the tires. All I needed was a new battery but I got a good check up too. Very satisfied!

Work was covered under warranty. Scheduling via AI was tedious. A real person would have been preferred. Waiting area seats were uncomfortable. Moving to one of the tables with chairs was a big improvement.

Very friendly and informative service department. Fast and timely service on vehicle. What I didn't like is the AI scheduling when I called since it doesn't answer any questions you may have.

Oil change, tire rotation and alignment with a new key cut. They needed to re-program an old valet key and they were unsuccessful. Also had a previous mediocre experience where they failed to diagnose an aging battery and uneven wear on a tire. Both left me stranded. No discounts off for the mistakes.
