Always a good experience and a job well done. It's a little disturbing when you schedule a repair and they don't order the parts needed until the vehicle is in the shop. Then the vehicle has to stay overnight. Not everybody can afford to be without their vehicle.

Great service by people who know the vehicle. I check my own tires and cabin filter frequently. So I did have a few things I did not want checked or altered and it was followed to my complete satisfaction. They did a clean job. Only came back with a few recommendations that I appreciated. Highly recommended for fair reasonable service.

I love ken garff nissan slc brad one of the service agents is awesome everytime I come in they make me feel like family.i love there thorough inspection of the car with there video. It allows you to see the underneath of your car so you are not getting sold work you don't need.

They did a good job. However it is extremely difficult to get to live person in the Service Dept. Even if you do, they don't seem real knowledgeable, but they did OK on a simple oil change.
