I always make a appointment to do the service and usually they respect the time, the only suggestion that i have on the video that they send you to tell you about any issues, sometimes they show when they are draining the oil,but i'll be nice to see the oil filter when they are replacing it.

Set an appointment in August for warranty work. Got to the dealership and they said the didn't have time that day and to come back.
Set an appointment in September on a Friday. They had to order the part and said the car would be done Saturday. It wasn't done until Monday.

I spoke with Maisa, he was an honest and straight forward salesman. However, we found the vehicle we were looking for the day before we were going to the dealership and look at the 4Runner they had listed. I was running from dealerships (Bad experiences scoundrels) if I were to go back to a dealership I would definitely call Maisa at Ken Garff Downtown.

Each time I have gone there I have been very impressed with service received. Unlike other dealers they are not always recommending unnecessary things trying to pad the bill. I also really like their video inspection so you can see exactly what it is on your car, the online appt system is easy to use. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area that needs to have their Nissan serviced.

I asked that they resolve my "check engine" light for the SECOND time. It has not been resolved! So, I have paid twice for services that did not resolve the ONLY problem that I needed corrected.

We thought we had an oil leak and we also needed our emissions test to get registration updated. They gave us the customary video inspection and explained everything they saw. They kept prices down by not suggesting things that weren't needed. They did emissions and registration on-site.

I went in for 60,000 mile service (Oil change and tire rotation). They found over $800 worth of other work that needed to be done, but never got around to doing the originally desired work and got the mileage totally wrong (49,680 mi versus 60,231). I had to go back another day to get the basic work done.
Not a good overall experience.

They changed the brakes and ran the car and discovered that my car had another issue. It was a little expensive but I am sure that the service and the certified labor is worthy. I am happy how my car runs now. Thank you. Javier was our technician representative. I highly recommend him.

Went in the shop for a oil change with no cracks in my windshield or rock chip and when the car was finished and I walked out to get into my car and the windshield was cracked and when I was talking with the shops manager he kept blaming me that caused it and they wont replace it

Easily scheduled appointment online, which actually had to be changed three times die to weather. Emissions were checked in timely fashion at a reasonable cost. After the emissions test was cleared, I was able to renew my annual tag onsite at the dealership. Great experience!

I couldn't contact the service shop calling multiple times a day for 10 days. They didn't fix the problem or give any solution aside from replacing the entire transmission (and taking it to another shop they have fixed it for less than 10% the cost that nissan wanted to)

I had a very good experience here! The service advisor was really friendly and thoroughly explained everything. I had an oil change and tire rotation done and got a great deal with the coupon that came in the mail. It would've been better if all the workers had worn masks to make the customers feel that they care about our safety. It was only my first time here so it might be too soon to tell, but overall a great experience

A whole lot of upselling and claims that things weren't covered under manufacturer's warranty. Additionally, the total costs they said were absolutely necessary were around 600 dollars. Upselling and claims of necessary for unnecessary services borders on dishonesty....

The person we worked with wasnt very personable. They only seemed interested in selling the car to us as fast as possible. I asked for the carfax and all the details on the car and they didnt give me that. They wanted to run credit and do financing before telling me anything else about the car. Just wasnt a very welcoming or nice environment.

The work was done in a decent amount of time. A shuttle was waiting to take me wherever I wanted to go. It also came to pick me up from my home to return to the service center to pick up my car. The service rep was quick, efficient and pleasant to work with. When she realized I could get the work done a little cheaper, she called and explained about it. I also received a slight senior discount when I asked about one - nice!
