Made an appointment on line at my convenience. Arrived at my time and was greeted right away. They ordered me an Uber so I could wait at home and called me 2 hrs later when my car was ready for pickup and ordered an Uber to bring me back. My car had a bath after service and she was ready to go when I got there. It was a great experience.

Noel was amazing, he went above and beyond making sure that I was taken care of in every way. He not only helped me save money where I could, he thoroughly considered the inspection of my vehicle and made suggestions regarding recalls and recommended service. He also made sure I was still under my extended warranty. Overall a very great service experience.

They always take great care of me and my car. I took it in for oil change and they found a leak in a hose. Brought it back the following week for service. Was great they found the issue before it was a bigger problem. Adrian is great to work with.

I followed my previous Nissan service advisor to Kia. Jacob is an amazing young man, knowledgeable & doesn't try to sell you things you don't need. They repaired several items that Midway Nissan struggled with on multiple visits. Kudos to Jacob & his team... the service techs did a great job, my truck feels whole again. Thank you

Well it took over a month to be informed the part was on back order, took over 2 and a half months to get my car back. And when I did. The center console wasn't reassembled correctly and the ac control head was used and mks matched. Within 24 hours the traction control light was back on and withing 48 hours all the other warning lights started flashing. So over 2 months for garbage work I could of done better myself

The warranty work was performed within the timeframe promised and done correctly the first time. Noel Segura is an excellent service manager and is the only one that I request at Ken Garff Kia. He keeps me informed and advises me of any changes and when my vehicle is ready, I highly recommend him.

Paris, the service advisor, was amazing. Best service advisor I've had here so far. I highly recommend if you take your car in for service, make sure you book it with her! Had some bad experiences with other ones there, but she was great! Communicative, on-time, friendly, everything you hope for from a service advisor but rarely get.

The service advisor was friendly and knowledgeable. He was spot on with his diagnosis. It took less time than expected and I left with a freshly washed vehicle. I don't normally have routine work done at the dealer because the cost is always higher but I wasn't sure what the problem was and I left satisfied.

Could not come to a price agreement on the Navigator. The sales person egged me on but then slammed some big number. So it's still on their lot. I HAD CASH BUT NO DEAL. THEY WOULD RATHER KEEP THEIR OVERHEAD ON THE LOT.
