Fixed both issues however I felt 3 hours was a bit too long especially since I waited there. It was also recommended to me to change the coolant and transmission fluid however the manual states 120,000 miles for the coolant and lifetime for the transmission fluid.

Way better than Hyundai in Avondale, Az. They washed my car after and had free ice cream and popcorn the day we went. Only downfall was wait was 2.5 hrs for oil change which they said they had fell behind and there was no coffee we had told one of the workers but the whole time we were there they never made anymore.

We were lied to at the signing of the papers by sales manager! Also not a good experience with the finance guy as we were not financing the car! We then got up and left and purchased a vehicle elsewhere. They not only lost a sale, but also the servicing of our Two Hyundai's!

We have a broken seat belt. They ordered the part. They called us to come it to have it replaced, after an hour waiting they informed me that they gave our part to the customer before us. We have been without a seat belt for 2 months now without any timeframe to get it replaced. Horrible service.

Great service. Mechanic, Jorge, does a walk around video of vehicle and explains what was done and what needs to be done. Very thorough service. Service advisor, Nathan, also explained what was done. They also have good coffee and snacks while waiting.

Service was very fast a thorough. A video was sent to me when done showing everything that was completed to the car. Love how I'm able to see 1st hand any and everything that they worked on and if my car needed any work, I would be able to see it on the video. Which is much easier for people to understand when a mechanic is speaking about car parts.

Oil change was performed well. But the inspection report that was written up said they visually inspected both the in cabin and engine filters and noted they need to be replaced. I had replaced both of these myself about a month and half ago and the vehicle had been driven roughly 200 miles since they were replaced.
