I really like that it's easy to schedule online, drop off, and then get a complimentary shuttle to my office nearby. Typically I get a video with my inspection and an update. I didn't this visit, which was okay. But, I actually had to follow up on my car being done and getting a shuttle back, since the shop was closing in 30 minutes. So, that aspect wasn't as good this time.

Great customer service, quick service time, love the complimentary uber. Difficult to get in touch / schedule service: the online scheduling portal is not user-friendly and the AI scheduler on the phone doesn't work will with anything more than the most basic requests. Overall good spot.

The car rides better but still not perfect. I have another appointment scheduled. Also, an alignment was not included even though many suspension parts were replaced. My local shop told me it needed an alignment. I don't think I should have to pay for it.

I had to take my car in twice to get it fixed correctly. The first time they replaced the wrong part, so I took it back to have the correct part replaced. They had it for six hours and has not been touched. I told them to forget and I will be by to pick it up. When I got over there it was in the service bay and only took 20 minutes to replace.

They did all the procedures that are recommended, did a video review of the car and engine compartment, sent it to me and pointed out some thinks I need to watch for in the future. Great deal, bad service. Passenger side back door was totally smashed in, but not included in pictures of the car. After I bought it, they said it would take 2-3 days to fix the smashed door. I showed up to pick it up and they told me it would be one more day. I contacted them the next day, and they said it would be two more days. Car looks good after the door has been fixed, but their communication was awful.

90,000 mile service requested, also had front brakes reclined. Good turnaround time for getting in and getting a shuttle back home. Car was finished earlier than expected. They did oil change when I wasnt ready for it, Bob left a note to credit back 1 advantage-care service, which I greatly appreciated. Wish routine maintenance wasnt so expensive!
