Suddenly my car's fuel tank door failed to open as designed and Ken Garff service staff (Matt) enabled me to drop off my vehicle for a same day inspection (I needed it to take friends to Yellowstone National Park the very next day!). I learned there was a failure of the fuel door actuator so the repair is under Warranty as the part was ordered and soon service will be arranged and the repair completed.

Things pretty much went as expected. DON'T use their AI scheduler to make an appointment, it may or may not take. Talk to someone to make an appointment.

Primary reason for visit was new tires, the dealer has a buy 3, get 1 free. Things went well. Price for tires and front end alignment was about $200 less than the tire shops around town.

I took my vehicle in at 07:30 and it was not ready till almost 6pm for replacing the rear shocks and replacing the driver side headlight, this was way too long of a service time.

My Hyundai broke down in the middle of Wyoming. It was towed to Ken Graff's, needed a new engine. They took care of it and shipped it to my house. They kept me informed along the way.

Worst service I've ever had. Got it in for a belt replacement which they didn't end up having even though the service was scheduled a month in advance. After I took it to another shop I found out that the belt Ken Garff said needed replaced every 30,000 miles is actually supposed to be replaced every 100,000 miles according to Hyundai. Worst shop I have ever seen.
