Suddenly my car's fuel tank door failed to open as designed and Ken Garff service staff (Matt) enabled me to drop off my vehicle for a same day inspection (I needed it to take friends to Yellowstone National Park the very next day!). I learned there was a failure of the fuel door actuator so the repair is under Warranty as the part was ordered and soon service will be arranged and the repair completed.

Worst service I've ever had. Got it in for a belt replacement which they didn't end up having even though the service was scheduled a month in advance. After I took it to another shop I found out that the belt Ken Garff said needed replaced every 30,000 miles is actually supposed to be replaced every 100,000 miles according to Hyundai. Worst shop I have ever seen.
