Didn't Like that my dash display was not as it was when I dropped the vehicle off. I'm not smart enough to figure out how to get it back to what like and what I am used to. If I could drop by and have someone re-set it for me (at the moment of my arrival, an appointment would be OK with me), that would be great. Otherwise, I'll just need to deal with it. The TPS and maintenance lights were on when I got into my car and when I text Dino and let him know he said it just needed to be recalibrated and it would only take a second to do if I wanted to stop back in. It not only is an inconvenience but I don't think I should have had to make my way back to have that recalibrated when it should be part of the tech's job.

I made an appointment for Thursday June 26th at 8:15 a.m. I got a reminder of my appointment on Wednesday and a couple of minutes later someone canceled it. I called and the appointment was gone. They said there was no other available. I looked on the online app and found a 7:45 appointment for Thursday that we signed up for. They did finish the service quickly.

The service at Ken Garff Honda Riverdale has always been excellent for me. Frank Perez is always so helpful and attentive. He took the time to explain my service options with 0 pressure. I had to leave my car overnight, so I experienced the great shuttle service from Steve, as well.

It took a surprisingly long time just to get one headlight bulb replaced (admittedly, I didn't have an appointment), so I'm glad I had a book to read while I waited. They did include a pretty thorough check of the car, though, identifying a few other jobs that needed doing, but they said those could wait till my next regular maintenance visit. The cost of replacing the bulb was somewhat less than the initial estimate I had been given.

They said they fixed our car and parked it outside, we had to get it after work. I turned on the car, started driving, and it was still just like before we took it in!! NOT FIXED!! AND my husband paid almost $500.00!! We were so upset, had to drive 30 mph all the way home. We will NEVER go there again!
