Friendly staff. Availability of appointments was excellent. Unfortunately, I had ordered parts ahead of time to get a sun visor, and the dealer had put the parts on order, scheduling the maintenance according to the delivery schedule. However, when I arrived, they had shipped the part to the wrong dealer. This happened twice! Really frustrating and a waste of my time!

The Issue Is that the salesperson I was In contact with has no time to talk to me about this Impreza and I was waiting for a half hour before I gave up and handed back the keys to the reception girl and went to look at another car! Typical Garff! The Impreza was sold not sure If It was good didn't have the chance to test drive!

Our car was service at the scheduled time. The Service Manager expedited our service when no rental cars were available. I was disappointed that no rental cars were available when we arrived. I had scheduled a rental car online when I made the service appointment. We travel from out of town when we service our car. We had made appointments however, our plans changed abruptly when there wasn't a rental car available.

Joe was an excellent service rep. As soon as I walked in he greeted me and listened to every concern I had. He even reminded me that I had a recall due. After informing me of his recommendations I requested a loaner car since my car would be in the shop most of the day. Joe made the process of renting a vehicle so easy. It was nice that the car seat heater was already on when I got into the vehicle.

Attitude of the Service Advisor was pretty unfriendly. Service was included with the purchase of the vehicle, but he made a huge deal about it and they Salesperson was wrong. In the end it was included and the service was completed. Waited about an hour and 20 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation.

They always do an excellent job of customer service. It's a nice place to wait, with coffee, soda and snacks. I buy the 3 pack of oil changes for $140, and come away with rotated tires and a car wash and service recommendations.
