Had my brakes replaced a few days before but was making noises after. I returned and they resurfaced the rotors but still made noises. I returned it again and they replaced the rotors at no cost. I've purchased 2 cars here and service 4 of my Toyotas here all the time, so thank you so much again

I like that there is a record being keep of all the service that has been done over the years. I like the inspections with the videos. This is very important for me to see rather than just be told what is wrong with my car. I don't like the price of some services. It is ridiculously priced. Almost unreasonable. More discounts or coupons need to be available for deeper discounts especially for loyal costumers.

They did not honor our original agreement. I ended spending around $6000 more that the negotiated price and they made me wait about six hours for nothing. I made my deal one day before and the next day they just wasted my time and they gave the worst experience

The worst service you could ever imagine. Waited 5 hours for an oil change. 5. Don't believe me, check YELP. Their service is the absolute worst. No communication. They booked my last service during a staff meeting! Then why make the appointment? One Star is too many. Beware!

What I liked, the employees in the parts are very friendly,helpful and polite. The advicer Carlos Vasquez very polite and helpful. What I didn't liked was the time waiting for basic service the mechanic hold the car about three hours. I was the first car in the morning.

My appointment was 10:30, I arrived at 10:20. I asked the agent Ivan (who took care of the paper work) how long will my car be ready . He told me at 3pm. So it's about 4,1/2 hours. He.told me it's very busy. What's the point of having an appointment.

This is the second time you've asked, and I've responded about the service. The first time I questioned why the brake fluid needed to be replaced. You responded and explained the fluid in my system tends to absorbed moisture which can overheat, flash to steam, and make the brake system less effective. Your explanation was a definite positive!!

Came in for regular 6 month follow up and uncovered replacement part that was under warranty. Mechanic sent silent video with no explanation under service mgr name by text. I had to go to mgr for explanation. It would be nice to get voice explanation rather than slient ones that I have no clue what problem could be.

I asked them to check the rear hatch door because according to my app i it doesn't lock. They said it did. I also was VDRY disappointed that. The trim on my car drastically faded after i bought it and washed it. Ztruth in advertising? I asked how to make it shine and they said to use armor all. Wrong. A specialist told me the correct polish to purchase.

Took 6 hours to queue up for an oil change. The service doesn't start till you call them 5 hours later. When work was completed, had to revise their work. (They broke the housing for the oil filter so I had to get that replaced.) oil was seeping everywhere.

It took a LONG time to get to the front of the line of cars waiting for service. From the end of the driveway entrance to the point where I talked to a service advisor was over a half hour. Once the car was taken, the work was completed very quickly, but it would appear that having an appointment time is irrelevant since my scheduled time came and went before I got anywhere near the front of the line.

No one asked if I had an appointment. I waiting for them to talk to me. I was there for the toyota care plan they have. I was promised my car in 1 hour and 30 minutes. They did not have it back there for servicing until about an hour into it. Turned into an arguement about a warranty issue as well. I will not be dealing with them again.
