Dropped off for regular maintenance and the service contact and his assistant both told me they would wash the car. When the Mrs. picked this up, they did not do so. She was in a hurry and did not have time to let them know. Otherwise, service was satisfactory.

They had my car for 2 days and didn't diagnose it. I had to call them on Saturday to see if there was an update on my car and they said they haven't diagnosed it so I went to pick it up. They could have called me to let me know what was going on. I will not be returning to this location to get any service done on my car.

I tried telling the salesman that no dealership would finance me for a second loan that I was either going to have to trade my vehicle in or wouldn't happen and he said let me try. I think I can make it work and no Surprise it did not work so I am done shopping for vehicles because all it's doing is bringing my credit down more

Was able to get a early appointment for service. When I arrived the Service Representative check my car in immediately. They also kept me posted if service status. The waiting area is always a moment of kind faces smiles clean comfortable and fresh cold bottled water available. Sales Representative are asking if I am satisfy and happy with my purchased. Just a Friendly and Professional environment.

I went to the dealer and I ask if I Could have a service on my vehicle. He ask me do you have Appointment and I say no. Let me check it out. In a few minutes he said yes. That was a great news and he ask me what else do you need. Please if they could rotate the tires and wash my car. That was a great service.

Dealer had a hard time providing a buyers agreement. We had a nine hour drive to get there and needed to see the full price to get a check from our bank. We had to request this six times before it was provided. Document fee was high, others dealers provide registration for less money, Garff would not register the vehicle. There is also confusion as to how the tax was to be paid.

After my full Service I returned my vehicle after few weeks due to slowing down by itself driving in freeway. They suspected it might be transmission problem. I took it to a transmission Specialist and realized its a brake pro lem not transmission.
