I would like a more detailed explanation of the suggested services need to my vehicle. Although I enjoy having my vehicle picked up and delivered I prefer a more personal experience with the mechanic or serviceman.

I went in to get my oil change and was told I would get three tire rotations, three car washes and three oil changes for 180$ plus tax. But they didn't get my first car wash due to weather and when they rotated my tires the air in all my tires were off. 37, 38, 30, 31 .

This was my initial experience using their Mobile Service. I rated it 5-Stars because it was exceptional service from beginning to end. Everyone was proactive, responsive, and friendly. I will use them again if I need them, and I definitely will recommend them.

Pretty good experience. Unfortunately their scheduling system doesn't work other than to get you in the door. They were able to get everything done I had asked for though. Quality control may need to be improved because after my tire rotation I was sent out with one tire about 35 psi below the correct setting. Not great.

Worst experience I've ever had. Bought a brand new car and it leaked oil and it took then 3 weeks to fix it...saying they were waiting on parts but it was a lie. We offered to but the parts ourselves and then an hour later they had them. Horrible horrible horrible service.

It was excellent - Steve was my representative and even though I didn't have anything scheduled he got me in quickly for a needed battery replacement. While there he also noticed a recall and since he had the parts on hand he went ahead and did that. Took very little time and I was very impressed since it was a short notice setup. Would highly recommend Steve to work with at Garff.

Purchased extra warranty package .went in to get my oil change gave them the coupon for the oil change I have gone every 5000 miles per the warranty stated and they tell me my warranty is expired they then told me they gave me a extra year for free and just didnt say anything I got my car and went elsewhere I had a coupon for $500 towards purchase of next vehicle tried to use when my husband bought his car they wouldnt allow it
