I brought my vehicle in for a problem that may have been caused by the technician that did my oil change at this location. My two sons and I waited for four hours just to be told that they were unable to figure out how to even get the hood open. I took my car home and my husband was able to fix it in less than 30 minutes. I definitely won't be bringing my vehicle to this location for any future service needs.

Spencer was excellent answered all my questions and then some. Very accommodating. This is my first visit back in 4 yrs exactly as my visit then was very disappointing as service agents ignored me and when finally acknowledged very rude. Car was finished in a timely manner and washed, but they didn't let me know that they found a couple of problems with the car. It was on the invoice, but nothing about it having some problem that may need some repair while paying for the oil change. Don't get me wrong I don't like being pushed into fixing stuff, but they should have a least let me know there was a problem that may need to be looked into.

I like the fact that they had my vehicle in my price Range. I dislike the fact that I thought I was going to be able to purchase the vehicle. The dealer said that he would let me know if anyone else was interested in buying it. I was processing my paperwork for the loan the next day. Then I got a text saying that the vehicle was sold. I was very disappointed because the dealer didn't do what he said.

They serviced our vehicle back in May 2024 not Oct. They didn't finish the service and messed it up and had to be towed back to redo everything. They also deactivated our keys, had to order new ones and they didn't give us the complete key set.

There is a recall that needs to be done that has not been done yet. I called for a service appointment. Spoke to a very nice and professional lady. I got an appointment for the next day. I was offered valet service to pick up my car at my home and deliver the car back to me, free of charge. The service team stayed in touch with me via text throughout the day. They let me know when the driver was on the way and arriving. Super nice service! My issues with my car were resolved completely. Loved it!

The mechanics worked on my 2002 F-150 to fix the Check-Engine-Soon error (hole in PVC tube) using genuine Ford parts.
The truck had a multi-point checkup which showed that my rear brakes were getting much too thin. They replaced the brake pads quickly and even washed the truck before returning it.
It runs like a champ!
