I liked Sharis assistance, but the fact i had a 7am apt. and my truck did not get in until around 1pm and they didnt do anything because at the time of finally checking my truck, the problem regarding my camera warranty was not showing a problem, so they did nothing.

The good: The inspection and replacement was relatively quick. The bad: Requesting me to pay for everything that is wrong, could be wrong, or "may" need to be completed on my Jeep. The service team kept bringing up paid options I didn't come in for. When attempting to request another recall service online, they do not provide the option again since their service shop did not have the parts on hand for the wiring on the mirrors.

They did a terrible job at "fixing" my brakes, if you can call it that. I only brought the vehicle back in twice and they still didn't fix it all the way. I would not recommend these guys.
