The car wash pulled off the roof drip molding and the techs just set it in the channel instead of securing it back in place. And I left a message for the tech immediately after leaving asking them to call me back about the type of oil, how many quarts, etc. and never heard back.

Charged me $259 for 1 hour of labor. My car sat out in their lot for 4 hours before they got to it. $540 to replace a window regulator. Absolutely insane, and I would absolutely not recommend this dealership for repairs and service as chances are they will rip you off on labor and mark up the parts.

So much went wrong on this visit. They said my battery was good. It died after making a stop on the way home from the oil change. Was told I needed new wipers, but had them replaced last month. Employees at the service desk had great customer service, but would not trust the technicians.

It was confusing when I showed up as to where I went (yes drive all the way into the garage), whether I got out of my car (also a yes, and go in and let them know you arrived). Many other places come out and talk to you, want to guide you into the garages, etc. It was fine, just confusing. Oil change took just shy of an hour. Good communication during the oil change, much better than on arrival.

Great service appointment. These guys always get me in and out with my scheduled appointment time. They are very communicate and seem conservative in recommending services which I appreciate, however, my car is fairly new (2023 Chevy Tahoe RST w 27k miles. I will be back.

Fast an filmed. Afterwards they sent me a video of underneath the truck and commented on items they checked and their condition. I've never had that before. Others have verbally described all they checked and the condition of what they looked at, but never had a video.
