Annette is friendly. The employees always express how busy they are and are unable to complete basic tasks like calling the customer back. This time they also did not update my mileage sticker in my car. They always seem to not know what is going on when you call and then creates the need for a return call which really occurs timely or at all. Will be trying a different dealership.

The vehicle needed a software upgrade per the Ohio Department of Transportation because it would not connect to their system for an emissions test. I brought the vehicle to Lincoln and was told there was no upgrade available. Only after insisting that the State of Ohio has specified that Lincoln must install an upgrade at no cost so the vehicle can get an emissions test did they agree to do this.

Everyone was very nice when I just stopped in without an appointment because dash warning lights came on. Laura had a car for me to drive while mine was being serviced. I appreciated that they took care of the problem quickly and also found that I had a dead cell in a battery that was under warranty so it got replaced at no cost.
