They were friendly and seemed to do a thorough job. I was glad to get a loaner for the day because it took them all day to do the standard checkup. It's a bit hard to get an appt., though!

I do have a Warrenty for my car which the oil charge and tier rotation should been free. I gave my husband paper work which did not show them.So we paid. I like to get it scan in to your system for next time. Thank you Peggy Winnyk

Always polite and fairly prompt. I don't think the issue has to do with the service, but I wish the tech had investigated the issue a bit more thoroughly on a prior visit so we would not have had to visit twice for the same issue.

the frame that goes around my license was broke. I noticed it when they pulled it up to the door. I said what happened to my plastic license frame? the lady replied, oh they must have broken it when they washed my car after we serviced it . never offered to replace the couple dollar frame. I don't think i'll return again .

Long wait after scheduled appointment (more than a week). I was not told about credit card fees until I was at the register trying to pay my bill. Their website is not clear about not being able to deliver a towed car after hours which resulted in needing to get the car towed in twice.
