Over priced for an oil change. Nuts on tires were not torqued to proper specs-over torqued. Each nut was different and showed roundingeven when new ones were put on from them last oil change.

Got the truck in right away, had it done quickly, only draw back was they were at least 300 dollars more expensive. I took it there for convenience, the dealer I bought it from is farther away and less convenient, I didn't know what the issue was until they diagnosed, so I couldn't price shop till after the fact and at that point the truck was there and I had the 159 dollar diagnostic fee already invested

I got an estimate from Goodyear 1st & was shocked at cost and repairs needed ! Wanted 2nd opinion & was referred to Ganleys Informed Mike what estimate stated was wrong. Took it in and didn't need 1/2 of what Goodyear stated on their estimate !! I will be back & send everyone I know their way !!

It was all recall work, they finally had everything needed for the 6 recalls on my Maverick. I also had them look at my headliner agin as it started falling down by the door and when I left it was fixed but a week later it has started falling down again. Ugh!

everything was OK the only problem other than them being too expensive they offer a car wash after service has been completed and the wash left my truck with bad swirl marks in the paint this was the first time in 8yrsof going there that this happened I spoke to the service rep and he said had never heard of this happening nothing was done to correct the problem this dealership has gone way downhill since when I started going there

It was quick and painless. 30 min, in and out. It was a recall to re-flash of the computer to somehow fix a potential "Cam Phaser Rattle", which I had not experienced. This update keeps that problem from occurring in the future. I've heard if you already have the cam phaser rattle, that physical parts have to be replaced, so best to get this software update done.

Really had no problems with service shop. While waiting in the customer service area observed 20 employees did not have their masks on properly. But in any of the entrances it says please wear a face covering. When I brought it up to the service department they really had no idea what I was talking about.
