They gave me a quote to buy a truck. Used a cheaper truck for the quote to coax me to come in to buy a truck that was $20,000 more had me go outside get in and fall in love with the truck then told me there was a problem that that truck outside was over $100 a month more. In the end my credit score dropped 80 points, I didn't get a truck. And they won't get my business or anyone that I know

Over priced inspections. Advertise free State inspections if you purchased your vehicle from them. They lower the price of the state inspection to give it free, but raise the price of the emissions inspection. So you really are paying for both in comparison to the pricing of other dealerships.

Turns out he wanted to try to upgrade me from my 18 renegade. Guy wanted to sell me a car while I was getting my almost new one serviced. Like dude I get your hustle but no.

My service appointment went very well. Inspection time, oil change, etc. Happy I had the appointment scheduled because of the winter coldness the tire pressure lights were all on, so air put in the tires, too.
I wait for my vehicle, and the timing wasn't too long of a wait. Everyone courteous and friendly.
