Horrible customer service, nothing done in a timely manner and poor updating on what is going on. The problem was not resolved and now I'm taking my vehicle to a different place. It took my husband calling and yelling for anything to get done. I was out of a vehicle for almost 3 weeks and not offered or provided with a rental.

Absolutely positively awful experiences with this service department and dealership since the day I purchased my car. The car consistently throws out codes and the service department after keeping the car for long periods without communication, clears the codes and then says it's fine. Communication, solving problems and customer service are not anywhere on their priority list.

I scheduled an inspection, when I arrived the service manager was respectful and pleasant. The wait time was short and the waiting area offered drinks to your choosing and snack bags of chips etc and bottled water in a fridge. All of the employees encountered were pleasant and welcoming. -Jeff

Spent almost 10,000.00 on this car, yes it was sold a/s i also bought it 10/17/25 and both rear wheel bearing were so bad when u hit the brakes the car shook and made god awful noises.. NO WAY THIS CHECK WAS PROPERLY performed. And when i took it for test drive they "couldnt hear what i heard" even tho the sales rep was in the car with me. Front wheel bearings also going bad

100 point State Inspection and tire rotation took about 2 hrs. Everyone was nice and they have a good customer waiting area with seats, TV, drinks & restrooms. Everything was as it normally is at this dealership and I've been here dozens of times in last 10yrs

They do not offer loaners, in fact they charge for them. Long wait time to get a scheduled appointment. They seem trustworthy though aside from these issues. There is a noticeable difference between the Mercedes service experience and Kia. I guess that should be expected.

No car wash was my only complaint. Sometimes they wash it, sometimes they don't. No consistency. They say my roof racks are too high and may get damaged in the car wash, but as previously mentioned, sometimes they run it through and I've never had any issues.

Smooth process and good communication between everyone involved. I didn't like that it took a while (3 weeks) to get scheduled due to Kelly being so busy with body work.
