We drive an hour south to get our vehicle serviced here because of the services we have had in the past.
Our last service the tires were not rotated. I'm not sure when things changed, if someone gets an engine oil change I guess we need to ask to have our tires rotated as well. My wife took the vehicle down to get the service and I'm not happy with the service department not rotating the tires or asking about the tires.

The Service Department did a great job. They were friendly, respectful, got me in on time, kept me informed and got me out in a timely manner. The only confusion I have is that it says on the paperwork that I requested a shuttle and one was provided to me. I did no such thing as I waited for the truck. The paperwork also states that the completed a multi-point inspection. That was not done so I am not sure why that's on there.

They didn't grease a fitting on my truck! I have pictures. Mechanic must of touched the top of my headliner with his hand and its spotted up with grease.
None of my tires were at the same pressure. When I got new tires down at the dealership. I think they all need to be talked to about being better at their job and follow through.

As soon we got there they help us right away. Their staff were super friendly and helpful. They told us it could take a while 1hr past and they keep us informed without us having to be asking for updates. It took about 2hrs in total to fix it. They had water, popcorn, and cookie stock so we could eat. I brought some food for my toddler and they had no complaints about me bringing food.

Has to bring car back on Monday as a tire pressure sensor was not working properly, causing dashboard to give me "error" messages. Issue was corrected first thing on Monday morning.
