came in for an inspection but was given an oil change in which I did not need, had this been checked it would have noticed as only get serviced from keller. This is the second time that I have been unhappy with service, paying for something that was not needed is not a good look!!!

My problem was not solved, my remote does not start my car when standing more than two hours. It works when leaving car after being started after awhile it doesn't start it. Service says it works when they try it. Of course it's going to work when you check it because you just shut down the engine.

As much money as I have spent there they refused to fix noisy serpentine belt that they suggested i let them repair. Also suggested i let them do more work that will not solve problem of serpentine belt they replaced. My car was fine before i let them work on it.Also comment on my receipt concerning not wanting to fix a car that 'they sold me!' This particular service person Dave Lang only wanted me to spend more on something else.

I had an oil change and tire rotation, which they did very fast, They even filed the tires with air. They gave me the oil change for nothing, and I had a $20 Service coupon which almost covered the tire rotation. The whole service was almost free !!!! GREAT JOB !!!!!
