I went in for an oil change, and they had all the information about my Jeep, so there were no surprises. They initially presented a price for the oil change, which I approved $119. However, when they were done, they charged me four times the price I had agreed to $427. Yes, this amount covered the oil, filter, and labornothing else.
Their excuse was that Diesel required special filters and oil. If you had all the information on my jeep ahead of time, why was this price not given from the get-go?
These people are not honest, and I do not recommend them.

Will never be back here. I had an appt for a state inspection at 11am on the Friday after Thanksgiving. They said they were so slow. I didn't get out of there until 12:45. It should not take almost 2 hours for a state inspection. And at that, they failed me for my wind shield wipers which weren't even bad enough to get failed. They then proceeded to send me a long list of "urgent" issues with my car that in fact weren't urgent. They tried to charge me over $900 for a new battery and installation when I got a new battery less than 2 years ago and I can pay $200 for the battery and install it myself. I will NEVER come back to this place. They just want to waste your time and get your money! And they def stereotype if you're a woman because they expect you to not know anything about cars and just pay them all the money for "fixes". Don't waste your time going here.
