Service was ok, but I was never quoted a price for my repairs, and the price was twice higher I could even expect it to be for the work done. And after that, i had to wait for 10 minutes to get my car out, since it got parked in by some other reckless customers or employees. Not impressed.

My BMW which has cream colored interior the inside door handle was filthy with car grease as well as the gear ship and when brought to the "manager" her response was "oh yeah our mechanics are disgusting" I've had previous good and bad experiences her but most likely will not go back, which is very disapointing for me.

These large dealerships say they don't pressure you but they are always pressuring everyone! Then they all continue to call non stop but here the salesperson I worked with couldn't give me a straight out the door price. A figure not just telling me what the fees are and telling me my percentage of sales tax. I want the whole amount! A vin etching fee is also not something I should have to pay for!
