I went in with a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation for 64.95. I didn't pay attention when I was signing and paying for the service as I've been here many times without a problem. My regular service guy was not there so I was charged for things that were not discussed with me, nor did I approve for them to be done. Almost 700. 00 charged to my account and now that has totally messed up my account.

Servicemen were friendly. Unfortunately, we took it for a problem which was quickly fixed did some suggested maintenance to the tune of $900 then found out that the original problem was not fixed and the car must be scrapped. So that was disappointing. But the servicemen were very sorry. And we are out $900 and have to go car shopping.

Service specials are great here and most service advisors are great. Great waiting area that rivals some Lexus dealerships. They don't always advise you about how long approximately you have left to wait during your time. Also, one time in the past my car wasn't washed and the tire pressure wasn't checked.

The service was done well, but after I asked the advisor to make sure my tires were inflated, they were not, so I had to inflate them myself at Costco. Also, I asked if my car would be washed, and he said it would, but it was not. Not much in the way of the extra mile. The service tech did do a good job, outside of the tires.

Charged for tire rotation that was never done but requested as verified by marked tires. Overcharged $120 for wheel alignment ignoring active sale price. Noted problems with control arm that could not be verified by other mechanics who examined and did NOT see a problem.

i went there with a break issue which is a lot dangerous as it applies as i drive and even when there is no safety issue trigger.
Unfortunately they dont want me to drive and demo the issue for safety reasons. They concerned about their safety so what if i run into accident and fatal damage happened? they dont really care.

The staff was very accommodating and very friendly. He sees to it that the service will be rendered well. They are very helpful and assisted the customer. The make a fool regarding the processes. Guided me to the reception room and make the necessary updating regarding the repair.

during the service they mentined dthere would be photos or video of the repairs that needed to be done. They were not provided. when they expect for the customer to pay $4000 in repairs they better show what needs to be done.
$2600 for reseal timing cover. $524. for upper and lower radiator hoses etc. $500. for hoses, they have lost touch with reality.

They sent me an estimate of the value of my car. My car is in excellent condition and they said it wasn't trying to make me feel like it wasn't worth what I paid for it.
Need to send your estimator back to school because there's no scratches no dents no defects in my vehicle. It's only got 10,000 miles on it and it's almost 2 years old.
