When it came to servicing my vehicle, the experience was outstanding. The service team made everything stress-free by providing me with a rental car while my vehicle was being worked on, which was a huge convenience. The process was quick and efficient, and I truly appreciated not having to worry about being without a car. A huge shout-out to the best Service Advisor, Darell Hoop, who went above and beyond to keep me informed and ensure everything was handled smoothly. His professionalism and customer-first attitude made all the difference!
Overall, I highly recommend Keating Honda for their service department. The team is professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about their customers. I will definitely be returning for future maintenance!
