I had one problem. After a day or two, the car had to be carried back to the dealership, because the message was not set after service. I could not tell how fast I was going, because the message to have the car serviced was showing. This has happened a couple times before. After the car was carried back, someone fixed it. Hopefully this won't happen again, because I live about 20 miles from the dealership.

Disappointed by "15 multi-point inspection" as being too vague - would prefer specific list of items inspected. For example, not sure that the coolant was checked, the cabin air filter was changed, and the engine air filter was changed.

This is a lie. I did not have service on my 2021 Highlander at Karl Malone Toyota in April 2026. I stopped going there many many months ago when they were dishonest and treated me terribly. Now this proved how dishonest they are.
