It was horrible. They take forever to tell you nothing. They won't fix defects on a new vehicle but will put a band-aid on it. When your warranty is up then they tell you what it will take to fix it or your extended warranty won't cover it. It's not Karl's fault, it is the manufacturer. I will never buy another new ford!!

Just no.. we've been talking the truck there for service for 2 years and they never do what's required. We're done. Take your car somewhere else is worth the drive. Everything except the oil change was automatically added. They are supposed to do those things but never do.

Brought car in for a water leak and left with an oil leak. They replaced water pump but reused valve cover gaskets that leaked oil on the way home after picking up from shop. They did replace the next day as soon as we brought it back to them. Staff was very hospitable.
