I just bought a $35,000 car. I waited for three weeks just to get an appointment to fix a slow leak in the tire. It was supposed to be patched. This was the reason for the appointment. The service department sent me on my way with just a plug. The whole thing took a couple minutes. I surmise the service department thought I wouldn't notice. Well - I did and I'm very very unhappy about it. Very disappointed

I apologize that your service appointment was so delayed. We should have been able to fit your vehicle in-between other jobs to get you in sooner. It will be something discussed with our staff.
Regarding your tire repair, the product used is a patch / plug combination. From the outside you may only see the plug portion, but there is a patch on the inside of the tire as well. If you would like more information about the product please feel free to contact our service department anytime and they will be happy to fill you in on the product used. 715-394-4429. FAST SERVICE. GOT HELP WITH THE GPS THAT NEEDED TO BE UPDATED AND DIDN'T WORK AT ALL UNTIL HE WENT THROUGH THE HOOPS TO GET IT UPDATED. I COULD NEVER HAVE BEEN ABLE TO DO IT. The person at the desk was very polite. I also spoke with him on the phone.Equally as polite. The warranty job was completed in a very timely fashion , and I am very pleased with the results. They are very professional, and it's very much appreciated. Parts department staff are very friendly and approachable too. They all seem to be very knowledgeable and helpful. I had a 2" receiver hitch installed on my 2022 RAV 4 XLE hybrid. All the staff at Kari Toyota were friendly and courteous. I was told that the work might take two hours to complete. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a text in a little over an hour that the work was completed.

The people at Kari Toyota went out of their way to accommodate me. Due to family commitments in Northern Wisconsin, I could not get back to the Minneapolis area to get the car serviced without being well past the service window. The service writer was able to move some things around and get me in the next day.
