From our sales person Noah, to our service advisor's to the mechanic's and to the mobile mechanic team, they are simply amazing. Your concerns are their concerns, they get the service done with a smile and try to get you in and out as quickly as possible. I drive 15 miles out of my way to go to Kisselback Ford, why? Because I trust them, great folks, great service, totally worth it!

I like to concierge feel of having them pick up my car and drop it off. It's an amazing experience. The service was completed to my satisfaction, and they resolve the issues that we addressed. I had to be the one to follow up on the status of my vehicle and luckily I was home when they returned my vehicle as I did not get a notice that they were on their way. Small things, but overall very happy

They've supposedly changed my truck's transmission twice in less than 20 months, and the last time was two weeks ago, and the truck is still the same. I don't know if that type of truck came with that defect from the factory, and Ford doesn't care because after 60,000 miles, I no longer have the warranty. It's unfortunate because I had already paid for my truck, and I won't buy a Ford again.

Kisselback got me in and out very quickly. However, I wasn't happy with being charged 3% extra just because I used my "Ford" credit card. I know this is the going thing these days, but had not thought that my Ford dealer would go this low. They had already increased "the works" from $79 to $89 and now they're charging me 3% just to use a credit card.

Whether it's scheduling something routine like an oil change (and the mobile service which can't be beat!) or, like this last visit, when something unexpected comes up and I need to get my car in ASAP, I am treated with kindness and grace and things get fixed and explained to me in a timely manner. WOW .... I guess if thats all you want is the dam oil change a monkey can do that ... tires was not rotated , i get truck back and 4 tires are different air pressure .... and tire psi is on !!!! Come on man , really. And you want to do my whole fleet ..... NO THANKS

I used the mobile service to have my car serviced. They took care of everything and even rotated my tires here at my house. They came on time, described exactly what they would be doing and then they got to work! The two guys were professional and friendly and they took care of all the points of service. Anymore, it seems impossible to have your expectations meet, but they sure took care of our car that day! Thank you!

Had 2 issues with new vehicle i purchased in July of last year and when I went to pick vehicle up I was told they couldn't fix a loose clothes hanger bracket and could not find noise when the wheel was turned to the left. I don't think they even looked under the fender because when I looked at it there was obvious wear mark on rubber flap that was protecting a hose. Took care of that problem myself

Hi There, My wife drove her 2016 MKC in for an oil change. She appreciated how quickly her service was done. She told me that she 'fought' the steering wheel the entire drive home. When they rotated my tires it messed them up. I could only go 55 before my Jeep shook so bad I had to slow down. This is the third time they've done this. The last two times I've had to take it somewhere else to balance them.
