Scheduled appt for Feb 23. Called everyday x5 days and no one would call me back. Stopped by Kia to check on our car to be told no one looked at it because they needed our registration. Was then told the registration wasn't current enough so our car sat for another few days with no communication. After spending $20 @DMV registration was delivered. Engine issues were recall related. New engine ordered and installed. After purchasing five Kias we will never do so again due to lying to us!

Gave them a second Chance after a horrible experience with them 2 years ago and they didn't listen to me when I told them what lender I was already pre approved with. Wanted to buy a 2018 Kia optima the price was $11,899. I was going to put $6500 down and finance the rest for 36 months. They said my monthly payments would be $425 for 72 months!!! After there website said they'd be around $177 per month for 36 months. Once I did the math because something in my gut kept telling me that something is wrong. I confronted them about it and they used a different lender and had my interest rate at 29% I was furious. I told them to fix the issue or they could have the car back. They attempted to fix the situation but they tried to screw me over again with a $333 monthly payment for 72 months. I THINK NOT!!!! I ended up going to Joe Machens Hyundai where I had an AMAZING experience. I got a 2023 Hyundai Elantra Nline with 32,000 miles on it. Listing price was 21,000 and I put $6500 down and my payment is $435 per month for 72 months with an interest rate of 18% and it came with a manufacturer warranty bumper to bumper until 100k mi or 6 months and then I purchased another warranty to last the loan term.
