They failed my state inspection to renew my plate bc I had 3 lights out and wanted to charge me $180 for parts and labor. I got home and only 1 of the 3 lights they mentioned was out... I changed it myself for $15

Diagnosed an issue I was having since October with continuously losing pressure in one tire. I took it to the dealership and was told that the tire couldn't be repaired so I was going to have to purchase 2 tires. I took it to KC Auto in December, recommended by my son. Initially, I was told that they couldn't find anything wrong with the tire or stem. Upon further inspection, it was determined that all 4 tires had dry rot. The original tires, 9 years old. The mgr actually took my son to the garage and showed him the issue and then came back and explained it to me. I was given a quote for 4 new tires installed. On Mar 3, I dropped my car off at 8:30am and it was ready by 1 pm. And they still honored the estimate even though it was more than 2 months old. Appreciated the friendliness professionalism and the one on one care I received. Hats off to the team at KC Auto for top notch customer service.

The service was great. They understood the problem and knew he solution but unfortunately it did not work because as it turns out, there an additional part needed that has been discontinued by the manufacturer!!!

Found this place close by. Was impressed by the professional and friendly staff and the lengths they went to to save me some money. Think I just found my new auto repair home. Waiting room seats are comfy, too-a plus when you dont do a drop off.
