They performed a recall fix, but the service engineer didn't clear the check engine light. I was told at the service department that this should have been done by the technician. There were also multiple calls with confused members about the recall and whether or not it could be performed as a mobile service. I will say this, they are better than other Ford Dealerships I have dealt with.

Brought in for a $90.00 oil change...Tried to upsell $723.00 in unnecessary add on services on a 2 year old truck with 18K miles. Had appointment to look into issue with display and was told id gave to schedule another appointment to bring it back. After, received message stating I no showed for my appointment.

Ford was not capable of repairing their own vehicle after 3 weeks of diagnostic troubleshooting. They pretty much handed it back to me and said they couldn't fix it. I give them the extra star since they didn't charge me for doing absolutely no repairs.

Stated oil was changed and maintenance performed, however oil life was not reset (still read 52% on dashboard) and the front fenders were bent on the car. One tire/rim was bent and this was identified after being road force balanced. Took to Killeen Ford who identified these issues and had much better transparent customer service.

The very unusual issue on our '23 Ford Bronco Sport was finally repaired after bringing it a 2nd time just a few days after getting the vehicle back after the 1st repair didn't solve the issue. Kudos to our salesman who fixed us up with a loaner car, which we enjoyed very much, during the 5 days while our Bronco Sport was in the shop for the 2nd time.

They were able to perform my oil change and take care of two recalls that I had procrastinated getting an appointment for. They did this all in the same day. They gave me a ride home and delivered my car to me the same day with everything taken care of.

After putting in a new battery several functions were not working. Chris and Matt were helpful in identifying the problem, and found a recall that needed to be done. They told me they could do it at our house. Draven was on time, did the recall and fixed the problems( that took longer than expected) and helped us with other functions and made sure we were satisfied. Thanks to Team Jordan- and to Chris, Matt, and Draven.

Took my Maverick in because I thought the battery was bad. Took several hours to check out the bad battery. They Ubered me home because it was taking so long. Was told it would be done Saturday morning. Tried to reach the service tech and was told me he would call me in 10 minutes. One hour later he finally called me. In the mean time I tried to call and no one answered the phone. Not a good experience!

Jordan Ford has always taken supurb care of our vehicles. I didnt have an appointment, but they allowed me to drop the car off and get it worked into the system. The car was returned completely repaired, even after the tech had to dig a bit deeper to resolve the issue.

When you have a appointment aweek out at 9am. To see why the one battery is leaking. It should not take all day for the mechanic to let your point of contact know what's going on with your truck. It should be with in a hour. You goto Auto zone it takes 15 mins with no appointment. My truck has warranty on it still. This is why I came to the dealership.

Friendly service reps. Poor service. The dealership did not provide a multi-point inspection sheet but told me everything was within limits. The next day my truck wouldn't start. When I called, the service rep said the inspection revealed both batteries needed immediate replacement. The dealership refused to acknowledge their error. This is the second (and last) time this service department mismanaged a simple oil change.

Would have been a 5, however even with an appointment for an oil change, it took 2 hrs. I was told when after I had waited for nearly an hour, that when I arrived, all the bays were full. So, I was going to have to wait another 30 minutes for my vehicle to be worked on. The employees were polite. The work was done as requested. Just misleading about scheduling an appointment.

My car still wont run. My car had a slight oil leak which i knew about and told them. After they fixed what originally was wrong my car is still not running and its leaking oil like crazy. Im now stuck with a bill and a broke down car. They dont want to take ownership so it's on me. Now I have to but a new car which i haven't the money to do so. Im disappointed in the service given.

The technicians are always very precise and detailed in everything they do, whether is mechanical or cosmetic to your vehicle. I will never go anywhere else.
