Didn't get the info I really needed wanted about the car. Other than They said to come to dealership & check out the car. I told them I lived out of state & couldn't do that in a timely manor. Asked if they shipped cars & how much they charged. The next email I received was that it SOLD.

Made a service appointment for my 2024 Ranger. Oil & Filter change, Vibration noise under the truck. Also had them install a couple of optional equipment items that I like. Bed lighting & a lighted ford logo in the the front grill. They kept me informed of their progress. Let me know when it was ready to be picked up. Everything went well.

The service rep, Chris, was great. The tech who worked on our truck was also great. Brought our attention to a maintenance issue no other Ford dealer had. I did NOT, however, appreciate the surcharge for using my credit card on a $2,000 bill. No other Ford dealer has ever charged us for paying with a credit card.

I worked with Vincent Hernandez who was very thorough and responsive. He advocated for the warranty work needed to make sure Ford accepted responsibility and took care of the repairs needed to fix the problem. So far the repairs performed have solved all he problems and Im happy with the results.

The service was ok but not as I have come to expect at Jordan. Communication on status was poor during service. Problem with air conditioner identified however I have found others who can repair for much lower cost. This car has had many problems and service seems unconcerned.
