The team at JTAC always do a great job taking care of my Malibu. When I walk in the front I'm greeted by name and a smile. They realize how important it is my Chevy needs to be reliable. They will let me know ahead of time if I'm going to need brakes, tires, or wipers. Great people and a great team.

This was a major repair, requiring about 20 hours of labor. The shift lever is in a bit of a bind. It's difficult to shift below "D"rive but not impossible. Communication was good during the repair process. They finished the repair a little ahead of schedule and a little bit below their estimated price. They seem like an honest and competent business. Would go there again. One (potentially big) negative: If you don't want to get nailed with extra fees, you MUST pay with a debit card ONLY (which I did). They charge an extra 3% if you pay by credit card, and they don't accept checks, period! I understand the credit card policy. That means their profit margin is reasonable and they're trying to give the customer the best possible price on what is usually a very expensive repair/replacement. However... With e-check technology, it's easy to verify and encumber the funds in real-time while incuring debit-card-like processing fees. They need to install an e-check service and check reader and start accepting checks. It's ridiculous not to, given currently available technology.
