Only reason for 4 star due to delays. Very costly software update approved Friday. Service Advisor took personal time (which is terrific) but nothing performed until Advisor returned and I called for status. Shop work should continue even when the SA is out. But I'll tell you, this place stands out as my favorite and trusted service department.

Service was complete on rodent damage. While doing inspections they said water pump was leaking. Service was completed in a timely manner and I appreciated that they were able to return the vehicle to my home since I am just about 5 miles away from dealership.

This service center is very efficient. I had an oil change a tune up along with changing out my serpentine belt and drive belt all at a reasonable price but more important I did not have to wait very long. Thank you Jones Ford for thinking of the customer!

The tech didn't blink an eye when I told him my assisted driving wasn't working and it turned out to be a button that I had accidently turned off. I felt like and idiot but he was very nice.

Issues with truck in Wickenburg when driving from Las Vegas to Gilbert AZ and Jones Ford helped us out of a bind. Helped with driving us to hotel for the night while they worked on the truck the next day. They were very courteous.

Service department was great. But took 21months to get the recall part (fuel pump) in for a recall that came out October 2022, manufacturer needs to do better. Multiple dealerships said they were only getting 1 fuel pump per month from Ram. Asked for estimate to replace drivers side mirror, $1400!!!!

They are amazing! I asked them to check out a recall that another dealership ignored. Turns out there are a few recalls that we didnt know about. They kept us informed, really took time to explain about the recalls, and everyone was so friendly! Looking forward to going back!
