Communication is always great with this dealership, and they fixed the issues that we were having with the vehicle. I did think that one of the parts they had to replace was too expensive because of the price of the parts on other websites, but that was on me. I told them to fix it, and they did. I did not ask the price.

Once the requested service was completed, I used my points to cover the costs. Everyone I encountered was happy, polite, and efficient.

Excellent customer service and an on-the-fly technician. Coolant System, Brakes, and general service. I was there all day so they could do 6 different things... and the tech stayed and worked late because we were leaving the next morning for an extended trip. They deserve a 6th and 7th star.
