After the service was completed, I got into the car and rolled into the back seat. Someone had changed the seat settings, reclined the seat back, and the presets did not work. Then when I started the car the A/C had been changed to max cool. The Tech person was great!

The service was prompt and handled well. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because I think they need to assure customers that the quiet/reading area will be quiet. A woman was talking so loudly on a remote meeting the other customer and I left and went to sit in the hallway--which was less distracting than staying in the room.

Bought tires from dealership three years ago based on technician advice. Tires did not hold up and rating was not good. Tried to sell me same tires again.
Found Michelins for same cost with a 60k rating versus 30k.
Disappointed in quality of tires dealership recommended and sold me last time. Researched this time versus trusting Lexus to sell me a quality tire!
