Its always a very hectic experience when receiving service at Johnson Hyundai. The parking lot is a mess to navigate, its always way too busy for the amount of service people available, the services performed take forever, and the service people are very disorganized.

They replaced my motor in a Hyundai Tuscon. The service advisor answered all our questions and kept us updated as best he could. My only complaint was not being able to receive a loaner from this dealership especially given the time frame they had my vehicle in the shop.

I made the appointment on for state inspection, oil change, and I wanted the battery checked. The vehicle failed due to the battery. I was told the mechanic had to jumpstart my car to get into the bay. The car has been starting fine. Apparently it needed some fluid as well to the tune of $449. When I said I had my own mechanic, all of a sudden my car passed inspection. Seemed odd to me. I probably waited 2 hours. Will not be back.

They were very accommodating to my needs, listened to what needed to be done and conscientious of recent service that overlapped the normal schedule. Service emailed me that my recall parts was ready and they had scheduled me an appointment. Dropped my SUV, and Service said about 2 1/2 hours and will let me know when its done. After over 3 hours, services called me and no parts. I believe there was no communication between Service and parts . My day was wasted!

I drove there to get my car checked out because of starting issues. I did not have an appt. I dropped it off and asked if they had shuttle service so I can get to work. I was dropped off and picked up later. They found the problem with the car and fixed it. Much appreciated the prompt service from Jason Dodds.

Great experience as always. Always keep me posted what mechanics need to do to my vehicle. Done in a timely manner. Everyone nice and clean waiting room and restroom. Always have snacks while waiting. Service guy even walked me to my car and pulled my car out for me. Excellent service as always.

It took more than two months to replace a recalled item!!! Finally, I could set an appointment at the end of the year. When I arrived, I was told that part was not available. So, I had to return later on the same day. In general, I am not satisfied with Hyundai's service in NC.

It was easy to schedule an appointment, the check in was prompt and courteous, the service representative explained the work to be done in details and the work was completed in the promised time. Not very happy right now. I just had cylinder #1 coil replaced on 10-1-21. cylinder had to be replaced on 9-2-21, and #3 on 8-7=21. All under warranty but they will not replace #2 until it goes bad and STRANDS ME. The dealer has not had a shuttle or driver to transport me after taking it there. The personnel have always been very professional and courtesy. Less than 46K miles -- why is this happening?

Very friendly, covered everything they would complete with this service and how long it would take. Comfy waiting room, could use more beverage selection, though as I don't drink coffee. Nice selection of snacks. Car was clean and sanitized. Parking is dicey but should get better once Hyundai has the building all to itself. Cost of services was what I expected. Location is easy to get to.

The Service Advisor, Aaron Stanford was excellent. Every time I called to check on my Sonata he was always straight forward. The only thing I was a little upset about was the amount of time it took to get it back running, and return it to me eight weeks to the day. It was a little hard to handle as I live in Wilmington and the car was in Cary, NC. Over all they did a great job.
