I live 4.5 hours away and they were extremely kind, understood my situation and did not try to take advantage of the situation. We have purchased 3 new Nissans over the years from this dealership. The 2 past experiences were not what I'd call good. Ended up literally spending 8-9hrs just trying to purchase a vehicle. This time, however; completely different! Drake was the salesman that met us outside. I explained previous 2 experiences and I can say that Drake exceeded my expectations. I had an issue with fading paint on my car and it was just outside the paint warranty. The Nissan Consumer Affairs person that was assigned to me was not competent, to say the least. After weeks of trying to deal with her, I called the dealership. Amanda in service/warranty stepped up and immediately got it taken care of. Shout out to Amanda in Johnson City! Thank you! They did a great job getting my oil changed too, as always.

Only took 45 minutes with an appointment. Good stuff. The paper I received when leaving stated that problem was fixed by adding air to my tires. I let them know I did that TWICE before I brought it in. ( bought vehicle 2 days before - REALLY!) The set up was professional and I'm happy with my service.

The dealership kept telling me that there isn't a fix for the engine recall yet. I KNOW THIS!! But, my car was driving rough and I wanted them to look into it. The service writer said the mechanic took my car down the road, but never felt it drive rough.

Horrible sales staff. Tried to strong arm me into a truck I didn't want. Monthly payment would have been $700 with a cosigner, for a 24 Frontier. Went back on their website, plugged all my numbers in and the monthly was only $430. I get people need to get paid, but I'm not stupid. Truck is still sitting on their lot. They told me it would be gone in the next few day. It's been a month since this happened.
