John always does a great job. my car got towed in on a Thursday night because of brakes I did not expect my car to be done till nest week. but john called me on Friday and told me the brake and rotors were all done.

Every visit I've had to John's Auto has been professional, honest and friendly. This particular time, I thought the problem was much larger than it turned out to be. They really do take the time to diagnose properly and are very trustworthy to recommend the fix that is needed rather than the fix that will make them the most profit. Unlike most dealership service departments, John's Auto has mechanics working hard to keep your car running safely, not "service associates" trying to meet quotas. Love this place!!!
