They gave me an approximate finishing time and stuck to it.
The best part was the complete and thorough review of the problems, which included a report with pictures. They reviewed the report with me in person and discussed possible resolutions. I really appreciated the entire visit. Thank you!

Once again the team at John's 4x4 shined!
I thought I needed brake repairs on my Wrangler due to a squeal sound like a brake pad wear indicator.
The technician found I had bent a rotor shied while offloading.
They simply bent it back and said my brakes were fine.

This was a followup on some transfer case work done previously. Had a couple of very small seal leaks, so asked the team to evaluate and correct. They diagnosed the problem and replaced the seals at no charge. Direct, clear communication throughout the process. I can absolutely recommend this team.
