The customer service and the process of getting a rental couldn't have been better! got my inspection which was fine and I needed windshield wipers and when it came time to use them, they aren't cleaning properly. I work a 24 seven schedule and it's really hard for me to get out there. That was disappointing. Even though I called, they told me to come between eight and four it is not always convenient. For me to drive to the dealership.

Service was prompt and acceptable. Extended warranty was not. Was forced to pay for parts damaged by defective sub frame. Frame was covered. Was badly damaged and subsequently ruined rear tires and adjacent parts. This was a serious defect that could have caused a loss of life or lives.

They solved a difficult issue with my heating system. They did not nickel and dime me for the days they worked on it and were unsuccessful. Once successful, the first payment was the only one collected. I know of no other dealers who would have done that. Go Sissan Nissan!

They didn't complete the work as requested-service advisor (not Jim Horner -he's great) didn't care about the error and made several other incorrect statements when reviewing the work - service manager said he'd follow up with me and didn't. I ended up contacting another dealer to have my concerns addressed.

They are really trying hard to fix my "no heat" issue but it has been allusive so far. After charging me for the first repair that didn't fix it, I haven't been charged for the other two. I am bringing it back to try again. They have been great to work with!!
